Rockwood’s story began long before we became a national name in shutters and window treatments. The company was acquired by Jennifer Baur and Mike Blackburn in July 1998, and since then, Rockwood has grown through hard work, innovation, and strong partnerships.
Over the years, Rockwood has expanded from a regional shutter company into a national provider serving homeowners through major retail partnerships, including The Home Depot and Blinds.com. Today, Rockwood covers more than 900 Home Depot stores across the country and continues to grow its footprint in markets nationwide.
As Rockwood expanded beyond Houston, the Rockwood Shutters name became the brand homeowners came to know and trust.
